How long does it take to deliver my artwork?

Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping options selected. In general, the works are sent within 20 to 30 business days after the confirmation of payment. In the case of custom works, the delivery time may be older.

What shipping options are available?

We offer domestic and international shipping via courier services.

Authenticity. This certificate supports the originality of the work and guarantees that it is part of a limited edition.

What information does the certificate contain?

The Certificate of Authenticity includes the title of the work, the name of the artist, series and edition number, printing date, and material details used. This document ensures the exclusivity and quality of each piece.

What is the print run of each work?

The works have a limited edition of 500 copies. This quantity is guaranteed and is clearly indicated in the certificate that accompanies each work, ensuring its value and exclusivity in the market.

How is the exclusivity of limited editions guaranteed?

Exclusivity is guaranteed through rigorous control of the print run. Each work is numbered and catalogued, and no more copies are produced. This ensures that your work maintains its artistic value throughout over time.

Care and Maintenance

What is the recommended care for my work?

To preserve your work in perfect condition, avoid exposing it to light in direct sunlight and humid environments.

How should I frame the artwork to ensure its durability?

We recommend framing the work with conservation materials such as UV-protected glass and acid-free frames. For canvas, consider using sturdy frames and additional protection with special varnish for works of art.

Is it safe to expose the artwork to direct sunlight?

It is not advisable to expose the work directly to sunlight, since UV rays can fade colors and damage the material over time. Put it in a place where it receives diffuse light for greater durability.

How to clean and keep my canvas or paper artwork in good condition?

To care for your artwork, keep it out of direct sunlight, in an environment with controlled temperature and humidity (18-23°C and 50% humidity). Handle them with cotton gloves and avoid touching the surface. Clean with a dry and soft cloth, without using water or chemicals.

Personalization

How many customization rounds do I have?

You have up to three rounds of adjustments and modifications to customize your work, ensuring that it turns out exactly how you imagined it.

Can I return the custom artwork?

Due to the personalized nature of the works, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

What can I customize?

You can customize the size, frame, and colors of the artwork you chose from our gallery. However, the base design and overall composition of the artwork cannot be modified in this process.

If you wish to start a project from scratch, we offer a custom creation service in another section. We are open to listening to your ideas and working together to make them a reality.

Can I send a moodboard or visual references?

Yes, of course! Sending us a moodboard or reference images helps us better understand your tastes and create a piece that truly reflects your style.

What is the estimated delivery time for a custom work?

Delivery time varies depending on complexity and whether the artwork includes framing. Generally:

Unframed works: delivered within 10 to 15 business days from final approval and payment confirmation.

Framed works: delivered within 30 business days from final approval and payment confirmation.

What is the payment process for custom artwork?

Once details and costs have been agreed upon, full payment is required before production of the work begins.

What happens if the artwork arrives damaged?

Upon delivery, we ask you to carefully inspect the work in the presence of the carrier. If everything is in order, we ask you to sign the receipt, confirming that the work has arrived in good condition.

If you notice any damage or defect in the work:

- Notify the carrier immediately and note the problem on the delivery receipt.

- Take clear photos of the damage and send them to us as soon as possible.

- Contact us within 5 business days of receipt to arrange replacement at no additional cost.

This verification helps us to ensure that you received your artwork in perfect condition and allows us to address any issues in a timely manner. After the 5 business day period has elapsed, we will not be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred subsequently.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, you can request a return within 7 days of receipt. The artwork must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To start the process, contact us and we will guide you through the steps to follow.

What should I do if the artwork does not arrive in good condition?

If your artwork arrives damaged or in less than optimal condition, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery. All of our artworks are insured during shipping, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are the works insured during shipping?

Yes, all our works are insured during shipping to protect your investment. In case of any inconvenience, we are committed to providing you with an appropriate solution.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process, before finalizing payment. Depending on your location and the shipping options selected, you will be able to see the exact cost. We also offer the option of picking up the artwork at our delivery point at no additional cost.

Will the color of the artwork be exactly the same as what I see on my screen?

There may be slight color variations between the image you see on your screen and the physical artwork, due to differences in device calibrations. We strive to ensure that images faithfully represent the original colors.

We offer framing options for our artwork. During the checkout process, you can choose whether you want your artwork to be shipped framed or unframed.

How are works packed for shipping?

We use specialized packaging to protect your artwork during shipping, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition. Depending on the type and size of the artwork, we use materials such as corner protectors, bubble wrap, and reinforced boxes.

Where can I receive my order?

We ship nationwide and abroad. You can receive your order at the address you provide or pick up the artwork at our delivery point at no additional cost.
